Bombshell Swimwear Return Policy

(Effective December 1, 2008)

Should any item fail to meet your expectations, simply return it within 90 days of the date of purchase, in new and unused condition, with all tags still attached to the garment as it originally was received and we will gladly exchange it or refund your merchandise price. Shipping and Processing charges are not refundable. We are sorry but we cannot accept any returns without the Bombshell Swimwear tag still attached. If we receive any garments without the Bombshell Swimwear tag we will dispose of the garment immediately and deny the refund. Sorry, we cannot give a refund if the garments have been snagged, torn or if the sanitary liner has been removed. There will be a $5.99 handling fee charged if the item is not exchanged. All returns will be refunded in the same form in which they were purchased.

How to Return a Package

Fill out the Return/Exchange Form on the back of your invoice, indicating what you are sending back, the reason why, and what you would like us to do with the garment(s), either exchange or refund. Return the form with the merchandise to be exchanged or refunded any way that is convenient for you. There is an address label on the bottom of the Return/Exchange Form that is provided for your convenience. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We regret that we cannot accept "bill recipient" packages.
